Report on Psychiatric Session

The Psychiatric Session was organized by Tagore college of Pharmacy (TCP) Rathinamangalam on 24.02.2025 from 10.45 am to 11.45 am. Guest Speaker Mr. D. I. Ravindran, Counseling Psychologist has taken a counseling session on Psychiatric Issues faced by Youth for B. Pharm students. He has delivered lectures in constituent colleges of the Tagore group. The program started with a welcome address by Dr. K. Ilango, Principal, TCP. The event was hosted by Dr. Sabishruthi, Assistant Professor, TCP. A total of around 52 students and staff participated in this program. The speaker creates awareness and addresses the importance of mental health and well-being, how to handle stress, avoid Bad habits. After his lecture, the students were given time to interact with him. Students felt that the session was more informative and interactive. The Vote of Thanks was delivered by Dr. J. Padmavathy, Professor & HoD, TCP.
