The programme was organized by the management, principal, faculty, and students of Tagore College of Pharmacy and Tagore College of Physiotherapy.

Programme Agenda:
The event commenced with the invocation, followed by the Tamil Thaai Vazhthu. The traditional lamp-lighting ceremony marked the official opening of the induction programme.
Key activities included:
- Felicitation of the dignitaries.
- Addresses by the Principals of the Pharmacy and Physiotherapy departments, who provided insight into their respective fields and the academic journey ahead.
- Speeches by eminent dignitaries who motivated the students and shared their experiences.
- An inspiring Chief Guest Address highlighting the responsibilities and expectations of future pharmacists and physiotherapists.
- Administration of the Professional Oath, symbolizing the students’ commitment to ethical practices and professional values.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks, followed by the National Anthem.
Purpose and Outcome:
The induction programme aimed to welcome the new batch of students and acquaint them with the institutional culture, values, and professional ethos. It successfully set the tone for their academic journey, inspiring confidence and enthusiasm among the attendees.
