Agenda: Signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Tagore College of Pharmacy, Chennai and A2Z 4.0 Research & Analytics Pvt. Ltd.

Minutes:

1. Introduction: Dr. K. Ilango, Principal, TCP initiated the meeting by welcoming all the attendees and providing a brief overview of the purpose of the meeting, which was to discuss and finalize the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Tagore College of Pharmacy and A2Z 4.0 Research & Analytics Pvt. Ltd.

2. Presentation by A2Z 4.0 Research & Analytics Pvt. Ltd.: Dr. Prakash Muthudoss gave a presentation outlining the services and expertise offered by A2Z 4.0 Research & Analytics Pvt. Ltd. He emphasized the potential benefits of collaboration between the two institutions in the areas of research, training, and consultancy services.

3. Discussion on Collaboration Areas: Various collaboration areas were discussed, including:

• Joint research projects
• Internship opportunities for students
• Workshops and training programs
• Exchange of faculty expertise
• Consulting services for industry projects

4. Terms and Conditions of MOU: Dr. K. Ilango and Dr. Prakash Muthudoss led the discussion on the specific terms and conditions of the MOU. The following key points were agreed upon:

• Scope of collaboration: Joint research projects, student internships, faculty exchange programs, and consulting services.
• Intellectual Property Rights: Both parties will retain ownership of their respective intellectual property.
• Confidentiality: Both parties will maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information shared during the collaboration.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the MOU will be resolved through mutual discussion and negotiation.

5. Signing of MOU: After thorough discussion and agreement on the terms, Dr. K. Ilango and Dr. Prakash Muthudoss proceeded to sign the Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of Tagore College of Pharmacy and A2Z 4.0 Research & Analytics Pvt. Ltd., respectively. The signing was witnessed by the Faculty Members.

6. Closing: Dr. K. Ilango thanked all the attendees for their valuable contributions and expressed optimism about the fruitful collaboration between Tagore College of Pharmacy and A2Z 4.0 Research & Analytics Pvt. Ltd.
