5th Batch Induction Program For B Pharmacy Students

Tagore College of Pharmacy had conducted the 5th Batch Induction Program for B.Pharmacy students on 29th September 2023. The program’s aim is to inculcate the college value system and proper understanding of their respective courses, its outcome, foreseeable challenges and opportunities available to the students as they embark on their first journey into the field of pharmacy. The day began with the registration and welcoming all the new students and their parents. 

The program was held under the patronage of Prof. Dr. M.Mala, Chairperson & Managing Trustee, Mr.G.Manikandan, Secretary and Ms.M.Rakshana, Trust Member, Tagore Education Trust

 The event started with the lighting the auspicious lamp, followed by Tamizhthai vazhthu, Felicitation, pharmacist oath, and Vote of gratitude.

Dr.J.Muthukumaran, Dean, Tagore Medical College & Hospital was our distinguished chief Guest of Honour for the event. He eruditely conveyed his message of assurance of global need- based quality education, best laboratory frame work, research work to be carried out, various national and international level competitive examinations, enhanced placement and so on. 

Prof.S.K.Sridhar, Principal, Tagore College of Pharmacy talked about the numerous facets of college life and a brief overview of pharmacy profession.The event was facilitating by Dr.K.Karuna Priyachitra, Professor & Head, Tagore College of Pharmacy.

The students were then introduced about the various facilities of the college. They were introduced to the various faculty of the college.
